We are happy to offer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Judo classes at Alliance AZO. Our class schedule below includes youth classes, fundamentals, mixed levels, and women’s only. Unlimited memberships give students access to participate in any of the classes (age appropriate). An explanation of each type of class is listed below our schedule
Fundamentals classes are designed to provide new students with the fundamental movements and basic techniques of the martial art. There is no sparring during the fundamentals classes.
Mixed levels classes provide a more advanced level of instruction. In mixed levels classes, sparring is a part of our mixed levels classes.
Youth classes are designed for ages 5-14. We will segment or split the classes as necessary based on the student’s skill level, age, and size.
Women’s Only classes are designed to give women a positive and encouraging environment for training and is focused on introducing them to Muay Thai.
Bag Rounds is a self-directed workout, providing time for students to work with the Muay Thai heavy bags.
Self-Defense classes provide lessons focused on the essential skills for survival during a confrontation. Distance management, defense, and control are key concepts during self-defense classes.
